How to be an entrepreneur?
💵 Entrepreneurship: a word that says everything and not much at the same time.
🤦♂️ A buzzword tied to a trend where being an entrepreneur means being free, it's easy, and it pays big.
𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗙𝗔𝗟𝗦𝗘! 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿'𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲.
According to Le Larousse's dictionary, "to undertake" means to start something.
🤔 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀?
❗ According to the Académie Française, an entrepreneur is: "A person who runs a private commercial or industrial business, employing salaried workers. Electrical equipment contractor. Clothing contractor. A small, a large entrepreneur."
Self-employed, micro-entrepreneurs, and freelancers don't create businesses, so: how do we define all these people?
An entrepreneur is someone who is "self-employed" or someone who makes a living from the activity they have created.
Going back to the original point, there’s a trend and a deep-rooted inclination toward entrepreneurship (not 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿'𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗽 ;)).
Regarding the trend and what the term implies, it highlights the need for social elevation and recognition.
❌ "I want to be recognized too and become a superhero. Entrepreneurship is simple because everything is about mindset."
✅ Before aspiring to be this or that, "being self-employed" means creating your activity with the status of a business owner or independent worker.
✅ It also means: defining your activity with a financial projection over a minimum period of three years.
✅ A business plan with the targeted revenue, and expenses (see accounting plan class 6) both fixed and variable, but also investments and contributions.

✅ Add to that the target market, personas, and a benchmark—the marketing strategy (very technical).
✅ That’s when it starts to take shape, and it’s less fun. Now, it’s tough. Entrepreneurship is not a game or a trend but a well-thought-out life choice with all its consequences, including the workload and the management of risk/stress.
✅ Be proactive and implement an acquisition strategy (also very technical) to convert leads into clients.
✅ Meet the needs of these same clients with tailored solutions. Customer service? It’s you! After-sales service? It’s you!
🎢 A mindset driven by action and vice versa!
🚀 Entrepreneurship is technical, very technical.
That’s why I support people "from scratch" until they reach their first clients: business owners and certain professionals.
Business plan, business model, sales, and marketing strategy (with a healthy dose of executive coaching) = that’s me.
