How I Grew My Business to $10,000/Month [My Step-By-Step Strategy]
Have you ever wondered how some business owners effortlessly sell high-ticket services without working endless hours, while others seem to hustle tirelessly without making significant progress?
Today is your lucky day because I'm going to reveal five key factors that successful business owners, earning $10K+ per month use. consistently Let's dive right in!
Before we begin, it's important to note that this is not a get rich quick or a cookie-cutter strategy. What I'm about to share is what worked for me personally in reaching 5-figure months. Ultimately, this journey revolves around mindset more than strategy.
Step #1: Establish Yourself as an Expert (pre-call positioning)
While I initially thought that finding or creating new sales strategies or lead generation processes will improve my results, I eventually realized that it was my pre-call positioning that made the difference.
So, to establish yourself as an expert, pay attention to the the following four channels / elements:
1. Your website:
Ensure that your website has a well-written and appealing design, testimonials, an about section, and branding. A chaotic or poorly presented website can cause prospects to doubt their decision to do business with you.
2. Social media presence
Daily posting on social media isn't necessary for building a high-ticket business. However, it's essential to maintain an active profile on a platform where your target audience is most engaged. Quality content, posted recently, holds more value than having an abundance of outdated content.
3. Your appearance
Dressing professionally and impeccably during meetings with prospects can greatly enhance your credibility. When you present yourself better than others, you are perceived as a higher authority, ultimately improving your chances of success during sales calls.
4. The process they go through
The sequence of events like emails, messages or or any other form of communication, plays a crucial role in shaping your positioning.
By following these four simple steps and refining your dressing style, social media presence, and website, you'll effortlessly establish your authority during sales calls.
Step #2: Understand The Law of Reflection
The second step is to genuinely believe in the value you offer and the prices you charge. This has been a significant breakthrough for me because if people constantly tell you that you're too expensive, it likely stems from your own self-perception.
People only reflect what you believe about yourself. If you doubt your worth, it will be undoubtedly evident in your interactions. However, once you truly believe in yourself and your value, it naturally shines through, and people won't question your pricing. Embrace your worth, and others will follow suit.

Step #3: Overcome the Fear of Not Being Liked
After establishing yourself as an authority and recognizing your own worth, it's time to let go of the need to be liked.
From an early age, we've been conditioned to believe that being likeable is essential, often following the "Know, Like, Trust" methodology.
Now, many gurus advise us to agree excessively during sales calls, suppressing our own opinions. However, this can make us appear inauthentic and repel clients who can sense our lack of genuine engagement.
To attract and convert clients, you must confidently express your own thoughts and challenge clients' perspectives when necessary.
Offering a different, and often correct, viewpoint demonstrates your expertise and makes you an intriguing individual. Remember, we all possess interesting views and perspectives, but we often fear expressing them due to the potential for disagreement.
So do not hesitate to voice your opinion and your prospects will genuinely appreciate it.
Tip #4: Be True To Your Values During Sales Calls
This one is a game-changer! It's all about staying true to yourself during sales calls and resisting the urge to go along with whatever the client suggests.
For example, if a client asks you to send a proposal via email, but you believe it won't be beneficial, politely explain your reasoning and offer an alternative.
Say something like, “Hey John, you know what, I do not believe a proposal will be of most help to you at this stage and I’d hate to overwhelm you with all the PDFs and documents. Please tell me what exactly you’d like to know and I’d be happy to answer for you right now.”
Instead of simply agreeing, engage in a deeper conversation and coach the client regarding their concerns. By deviating from the expected path and advocating for what you believe is right, you'll discover new opportunities for closing the sale during the call.
Tip #5: Embody the Success You Seek
This one is crucial for achieving success in any area of your life: live and act as if you're already there. Embody The Success You Seek
Often, we fall into the pattern of thinking, "When A happens, I'll do B." For instance, "When I start making $10,000 per month, I'll raise my prices," or "When I earn $20,000 per month, I'll start recording videos." This mindset hinders our progress because it delays taking the necessary actions.
In reality, to achieve A, you must first do B—it's a required step in the process and your commitment to your goals determines whether you'll take that step.
So, here's my golden question for you today that I often ask myself when I think I’m the one getting in my own way: "How would you think, what would you believe, how would you act, and what actions would you take if you were already a 6-figure or 7-figure business owner?"
That's it for today!
