How I Structure My Calendar For Health & Productivity
With one week to go to Christmas I think something a LOT of executives should be doing is looking at how they can maximise their time to allow for health and business goals to THRIVE in 2024.
This week I played around with a new way of working and a new training time in the hope that I could break a rut of not training, but also maximise my work time when I need to.
So here is a quick recording on how I set up my Google Calendar to allow that
