3yThanks Belinda - very timely. Have been feeling swamped with current client work and getting referrals for more lately. Which is great but also stressful. And the 'chatter' around the community and the world about vaccine or anti vaccine is starting to block my thoughts. Dogs are a wonderful way to break it up - and they are always willing ! Have a great day

Administration & Customer Service
3yThis article is very helpful! I just couldn't agree more! When I'm overwhelmed, I usually take a break, and since I just work from home, I play with my dog or take them for a walk just to clear my head.

3yI tend to go for a walk with my pup when this happens and make sure to breathe deeply, it's simple but it really does help clear the mind. These are great!
