How to make a recruiter cry

How to make a recruiter cry

If you’ve been following me for even a short period of time,

You’ll know my thoughts on cold calling,

It works, it can be useful and sometimes even necessary… but there are easier and faster ways to grow a Recruitment or Search Business in today's market…

But when I say things like this…

The majority of Recruitment and Search Business Owners HATE it, they get all butt hurt, cry and defend cold calling like it’s their first born…

You should see some of the comments on my Facebook and LinkedIn posts… These people feel the need to justify how much they love cold calling and think I care enough to want to hear about it… (Spoiler: I don’t)

I've ALWAYS said, if you enjoy cold calling, it's getting you and your consultants the results you want, you're growing as quickly you want... Keep doing it!

But 9/10 these SAME Recruitment and Search Business owners are the one’s who can’t attract enough of the right clients,

Are working for lower fees than their service deserve,

And can’t seem to find the time they need to grow their business because while they’re delivering on assignments, they inevitably have less time to get on the phone…

Sucks to be them…

Because while their pissing and moaning about what I’ve said, smarter Recruitment and Search Business owners (some of them direct competitors) are paying attention, approaching things with an open mind and listening to the exact process I outline in my trainings…

They discover just how easy it is to build a process that allows them to command attention is their sector and attract their dream clients like clockwork, so they can charge the fees they want and deserve, get their consultants to flourish, and never have to desperately chase clients again…
