How many runs are you getting on your Rotors and Mandrels?

It's been brought to our attention here at H&M Plating that we are getting between 6-8 runs on our mandrels and 1500 plus hours on our rotors! These tests have been done in the harshest of environments. We are quickly emerging as the NUMBER 1 HVOF spray shop in the nation.
The picture above shows 3 rotors that were tested by our customer in West Texas. These rotors were put in the same hole and run by the same driller in the same environment. The 1st rotor (closest to the bottom of picture) is ours. This picture was taken this past February and as you can see our rotor is still going strong! The 2nd and 3rd rotors were brand new rotors that did not even make 100 hours downhole before they had to be sent back to be re-coated.
