How morning run habit improve my life?

Life change a lot after 30 years old.

To me especially.

There are few things I noticed as we aged.

  1. No so craving on party and social drinking activities.
  2. A late night sleep will greatly impact next morning wake up time.
  3. Less consume of food due to low metabolism and easy to get belly fat.
  4. No interested more in socialising and frequent networking.
  5. Feeling more peaceful and calm compare to young time.


So I decided to start review myself, how can I fine tune and improve my life working in a better direction.


and I started morning run.


Everyday after I wake up and brush my teeth I will directly drive to nearby park to run for 30 minutes, enjoy the sweats, oxygen flowing into my body, feeling the tense of my muscle makes me feel great.

After 1 week of testing and applying this routine, what I experience is:

  1. My health improved, I have better sleep, less sickness.
  2. My mind and will power is strengthen.
  3. I felt acomplishement when I completed a morning run session, it set me a success mindset.
  4. I met more runners, more like minded morning runner community, more positive strangers and it build a good environment.
  5. I felt more energetic to perform my works and I have better sleep early at night.

This are my personal experience and feeling after this new habit adaption.

It is easy, and also not easy.

Running just need a pair of good shoe and literally cost you nothing.

but the return was great.

Try to apply in your life, slowly make it a habit and you will experience a different kind of energy and transformation for your life.

For me, it certainly became a good new habit.
