How morning run habit improve my life?
Life change a lot after 30 years old.
To me especially.
There are few things I noticed as we aged.
So I decided to start review myself, how can I fine tune and improve my life working in a better direction.
and I started morning run.
Everyday after I wake up and brush my teeth I will directly drive to nearby park to run for 30 minutes, enjoy the sweats, oxygen flowing into my body, feeling the tense of my muscle makes me feel great.
After 1 week of testing and applying this routine, what I experience is:
This are my personal experience and feeling after this new habit adaption.
It is easy, and also not easy.
Running just need a pair of good shoe and literally cost you nothing.
but the return was great.
Try to apply in your life, slowly make it a habit and you will experience a different kind of energy and transformation for your life.
For me, it certainly became a good new habit.
