Motivation is a state of mind. Some days you stay motivated, where you get the feeling to achieve anything and everything and on the other days you might be feeling low and you’re not in a state of mind to achieve or accomplish something. Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise. Remember this proverb? Follow these in your life. Your body and mind deserves and need some rest. A proper 7-8 hours of sleep will always keep your mind fresh and enhance the functioning of the brain to stay motivated towards your goals.
