Welcome to ELMO's first HR Insider newsletter on LinkedIn!

We’ve put this newsletter together by curating stories, news and research that we hope you’ll find helpful, interesting and thought-provoking.

To kick off our inaugural LinkedIn newsletter, we’ve included some of our top picks from the ELMO Resources Hub, including our wrap-up of the Australian Federal Budget and how the changes will affect the HR community. We’ve also got a new customer success story to share with you about a construction company that was able to supercharge its HR processes with the help of technology.

Plus, if you’re trying to find the right tools to navigate the cost-of-living crisis right now, then you’re not alone. We’ve got some content you may find helpful in the form of a new HR guide with expert insight from the wellbeing consultants at Acacia EAP.

Happy reading!
