In the last few days, I have tried to read a lot about HR strategy, What are HR strategies?What are the main types of overall HR strategies? What are the main areas in which specific HR strategies are developed? What are the criteria for an effective HR strategy? How should HR strategies be developed? How should HR strategies be implemented?
The conclusion can be said that:
More traditional vision defines strategic HR planning as the determination of surplus or deficit of personnel and the consequent application of a HR program and respond to that, according to the scenario of boom or decline of the market or activity of the organization, They have relied their on analyzing and describing the jobs of the organization to determine the knowledge, experience and skills required to work
Some authors refer to the strategic planning of HR, like the 4 RS (expressed by its acronym in English), that is, having the right people in the right positions with the right skills at the right times.
Others considered it as the process of analyzing the needs of Human Resources, as they change the internal and external environments of the organization and the application of the consequent proactive strategy, to ensure the availability of Human Resources demanded by the organization.
The management strategic of human Resources can be conceived as a great umbrella that integrates the practices of human Resources, policies and philosophy, with goal of preparing to the organization to achieve their strategic goals.
