HUD—STRONG FAMILY INITIATIVE, May-June, 2019.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has been organizing multiple valuable initiatives to strengthen families and to provide stronger support for kids and youth.

HUD’s new focus on both parents aims to connect men and women to resources that will aid in improving these outcomes and unifying the family. Involved fathers empower mothers, and by empowering mothers, families succeed.

This is a valuable initiative. The starting point is to build our own families. It takes time, efforts. On a larger scale we can support other families and we do support single mom, sometimes grandparents raising children.
