The Northeast Treatment Center founded in 1970 is one of the largest behavioral health and social service agencies is in the Philadelphia Region. Services are offered at 15 sites throughout Greater Philadelphia, the Lehigh Valley, and the state of Delaware.
NET Centers (NET) offers support and hope to individuals and families at times of great stress in their lives. A nonprofit agency, NET provides a continuum of trauma informed behavioral health and social services designed to meet complex needs of all family members. These include mental health, addiction treatment, foster care, residential group care, adoption, juvenile justice services and child welfare services. While some services address the needs of the family as a whole and some target individuals, we always strive to foster positive connections within the family to help all family members heal, recover, and rebuild.
Position: Human Resources Recruiter (HRR), Intern
Job Type/Hours: Unpaid/Volunteer M-F Schedule is based on the program and client needs.
Location: 7520 State Rd Philadelphia, PA 19136
ESSENTIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS: other duties as assigned.
1. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Recruiter (HRR), develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
2. Support Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Recruiter (HRR) to Collaborates with program managers to identify and draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria
3. Support Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Recruiter (HRR) to Post open positions both internally and externally using approved media for posting positions
4. Develops relationships with local colleges and universities to develop a pipeline of degreed candidates for positions that require a degree
5. Support Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Recruiter (HRR) to Screens resumes to ensure that candidates meet minimum qualifications and shares selected candidates with hiring managers
6. Support Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Recruiter (HRR) to Work with hiring managers to develop competency-based interview questions
7. Support Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Recruiter (HRR) to Schedule interviews to include phone screening, face-to-face or virtual
8. Support Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Recruiter (HRR) to Prepare offer letters and work with hiring managers to ensure appropriate salary is offered

9. Attend and participate in job fairs both specialty and regional
10. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies
Minimum Qualification:
· Enrolled in bachelor’s degree Program focused on human resources management, business administration or a related field (School must have an affiliation agreement on file with NET)
· Bilingual ability preferred
· Adult and Pediatric CPR Certification Required
· PA Child Abuse Clearance within 60 days of Start Date
· PA Mandated Child Abuse Reporter Training Required
· FBI Clearance within 60 days of Start Date
· PA Criminal Clearance within 60 days of Start Date
· Health Assessment required
· TB Test required
