Illuminate your Understanding of Human Maturity

1. The Art and Science of Maturity: In this webinar,  after a brief overview of how human beings grow and evolve, we will explore the art of development as portrayed through the work of David Whyte, the poet. As you listen to a series of curated audio clips of David speaking, Beena will illustrate how David’s description of the art inherent in every human being’s journey shines a more heart-full light on the developmental markers described by scientific research.

In the webinar on Human Maturity and The Work by Byron Katie, Beena will introduce The Work as a practice for self-awareness, and for taking increasing ownership for our beliefs and meaning-making, especially our judgments of others. We will dialogue about how this inquiry relates to our vertical development, which is our journey through various levels of increasing wisdom.
