in India,killing of black buck is more costlier than the killing of homeless people sleeping on footpath because indian judiciary will free you in five minutes when you kill or by neglect driving but for killing a black buck you will have to be behind the bar with aasha ram bapu chamber for a day or two?

itna tho banta hai aachay din may ,kyo mitro mayray 120 crore desh vasiyo,baanta hai ki nahi baanta ?
