Digital Voices opens US Office in New York

We’re expanding globally. Digital Voices is hiring more than 10 roles across the world, and we are looking for some exceptional people to join the team.

Me and some of the Digital Voices team are heading to the big apple in April to launch the US office. We will also have a stand at the Influencer Marketing Show, so if you're in New York, or have a team on the ground we encourage you to get a ticket!

1. Instagram Subscriptions - what does it mean?

Creators can now grow their recurring monthly income by giving subscribers access to exclusive content and benefits. Creators can set the cost, and the amount of exclusive content they produce. To ensure brands are still gaining traction from influencer campaigns, it is best to spread spend across multiple platforms.

2. YouTube’s advertising business has delivered solid growth

YouTube generated $8.63 billion in ad revenue for Q4, topping Netflix which posted $7.71 billion in Q4 revenue.  This is great news for the Creator Economy. YouTube CEO Susan Wojcick recently revealed that the platform had also delivered more than 5 trillion views of YouTube Shorts and they're expanding Shorts monetization.

Campaign of the month

Digital Voices x Dungeons & Dragons:

Our Campaign of the Month is a Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) European campaign that we ran with in partnership with Havas. The aim of the campaign was to change perceptions of D&D and inspire new players. We partnered with a wide variety of influencers in the UK, France, and Germany. They each produced an integration on YouTube as well as supporting Instagram content, structured around their experience of playing D&D and incorporating their character into the storyline, inspiring viewers to want to discover more. We believe the success of the campaign was due to asking creators in each market to play a game of D&D together, getting them excited about the brand before they produced the sponsored content. It was really fun and all shot over Zoom. The campaign drove a strong 5.8% Engagement Rate and 1.9% Click Through Rate.
