Good News for Mortgage Holders: Interest Rates Reduced Again!

The Bank of England has just announced a cut in interest rates to 4.75%, marking the second reduction in recent months.

This is fantastic news for anyone with a variable-rate mortgage, as it means monthly payments will soon be a little lower.

The mortgage market had already anticipated this move, so we’re not expecting a significant shift in fixed-rate offers, however, this latest reduction is a positive step forward.

After a challenging period of rising costs, it’s encouraging to see the base rate finally easing, helping to restore some optimism in the property market.
