As the Commercial Coordinator of Massimo Dutti and Stradivarius at Bigbon Group, I am proud to share my personal experiences of our company, along with Inditex, have made significant investments in training and recruitment during 11-year tenure with them. These efforts have been instrumental in enabling me to elevate retail standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences in Malta for the two brands that I manage.
