IT'S ALREADY DONE!

God speaks to us all the time in different ways. You may receive a word from God through a pastor at a church or on tv, an inspired idea or concept, a sequence of numbers (i.e. 111), a dream or vision, or a visitation from an angel.

We've all had a visitation from an angel at some point in our lives, but you may not have know the person in your presence was an angel.

I've had several visitations by angels in my life that I specifically remember. One that really stood out for me was one I met while I was looking for a job after I had left Atlanta and relocated to Texas in the year 2000.

I had just moved to Houston and I had gone to the administration building at the University Of Houston looking for a job in the athletic department, since I had several years of experience working in the fitness industry as a certified personal trainer.

I was looking at the job board and I saw a position open as the Athletic Director. I read the qualifications that were required and there were a few things that I didn't have in my experience. So, I said to myself that it wasn't possible to get the job. I left the job board and headed towards the elevator.

As I was walking, a man got off of the elevator and as he passed me, I noticed that he had a back pack and a huge gold cross around his neck. I got to the elevator and as I waited for it to arrive, the same man doubled back and walked up to me.

He said, "God sent me over here to tell you something." I was so taken aback, I had to gather myself and once I did, I said, "Thank you very much! What did God say?" He then told me that the job I was looking for, I would get.

I told him that there were some things that I didn't qualify for the job, because I lacked experience in a few areas. The man said, "It doesn't matter what's required and that God would help me to get the job". I didn't question or doubt what the man said, because I knew in my spirit that this man was sent from God to give me that message.

I said, "Thank you very much for telling me!" He responded, "The closer you get to God, the more he will tell you things and that he loved me".

I never saw that man again, but I never forgot that experience.

Later, I ended up getting a job as the Assistant Personal Training Director at a health club in Houston and I got the opportunity to transfer to a sister club in Plano, Texas where they were having their grand opening. Not even a month after I arrived in Plano, the Director told me that I needed to get prepared to take his position really soon, because he was going to resign and take another position at a company.

That job as the Director of the Personal Training department became mine a couple of weeks later and it was $20,000 more than the position I was looking for at the University of Houston.

God knows your life from the beginning to end. He knows what you're going to ask him in prayer before you even ask. What you need or want has already been done for you. All you need to do is believe you've already received it.

Anytime fear tries to tell you that what you want isn't possible, that you're not enough, or that you don't deserve it, say to that fear aloud, "IT'S ALREADY DONE!!!"

"Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." (Mark 11:24)
