And hope in the air

2024 will be the most wonderful year!

I know I may be weird, but it is my favorite time of the year. I love the planning, creating, and dreaming that comes with this time of year with my clients. I love the smell of new office supplies and adding things to the calendar. 

Many coaches offer dream board workshops at this time of the year, so entrepreneurs take the time to open their minds and stop the rat race of doing business to dream what they want to create. Then I get to step in and create the strategy, plan, and systems to make it happen. Without a strategy, plan, and systems those dream boards remain dreams. 

One of the reasons I started helping people as a Virtual Assistant was because I kept seeing (mainly women) entrepreneurs who had big dreams but were stuck in the implementation phase of realizing those dreams. Most of the time it was the technology where they got hung up. I was good at pushing buttons and making things happen on the internet - and loved it, by the way - so I was able to support and help those women get their businesses up online. 

Over the last (almost) 20 years online, this has always been my favorite time of the year. Planning Sessions are scheduled with clients and colleagues and plans are made to move into 2024 with purpose and profit.
