Jazzercising For CPSL MIND

Here at Creative Content Company, we want to help local charities in any way that we can. We offer preferential rates to charities needing our online marketing services. These are heavily reduced prices to enable charities to get the digital marketing support that they need. We also offer these heavily reduced prices to businesses that want to support a local charity. The business can pay for the online marketing services on behalf of the charity.

However, in this blog post we are talking about how we will be Jazzercising for CPSL MIND.

So, let’s start at the beginning. During lockdown I started working out at home. I joined Jazzercise and have been doing their online classes ever since. In 2022 I won a t-shirt for completing 150 classes within the year. It’s a high impact and high energy class I really enjoy.

Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding fitness program. It boosts my mood and my energy for the day. It gives me so much enjoyment and re-focuses my brain too. It’s calorie burning and has some brilliant tunes. I really love my Jazzercise classes each week. It’s great for my body and my mind.

This is why I jumped at the chance to get involved in Jazzercising for CPSL MIND. The event is on Sunday 21st May. It’s a chance to dance with other Jazzercise fans while raising money for a great charity. The charity is Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire (CPSL) MIND.

The event is just £20 as their early bird offer. If you book closer to the event your tickets will be £25 per person. It starts at 1pm where they promise they will be getting the party started. This will be followed by a strength and stretch class before some of the Jazzercise classics are played. We’ll be Jazzercising for CPSL MIND from 1pm right through until 4.30pm when it’s time to do the raffle.

Here at Creative Content Company, not only are we sending the owner and founder along to take part. We will also be donating a raffle prize too. This is our little way to support an incredible local charity. If you’d like to go along and sweat with Hazel, then you can book your tickets here. But if you would like a hug – I’d recommend you do so at the start, as Hazel can get very sweaty!
