This past year I've been enamored with tiny homes, seeing how they're becoming a solution to the housing crisis. Putting an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) behind your home has many uses: think aging parents, think kids home from college, think AirBnB. These units can be attached or detached.
Even better, the franchise is set up as a white glove service. They do your marketing, they take your calls to qualify leads, they handle the permitting, they help you get the local work team(s) in place. All you have to do is go out, speak to the home owner, close the sale, and do the measurements. No construction experience needed!
