- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM functional consulting.
- Manage functional support for SAP HR module, covering areas such as Personnel Administration, Personal Development, Organization Management, and Third Party Payroll Processing.
- Ensure the operational stability of the system, addressing any systems issues promptly.
- Gather and document functional business requirements for enhancement requests, collaborating with HR processes and procedures.
- Submit and manage requests through IT Service/Help desk, coordinating responses 24x7 for incidents with significant business impact.
- Act as a key point of contact with the HR team for all SAP HR-related work.
- Assist in the functional design, testing, and deployment of interfaces and integral changes.
- Run queries, generate reports, write technical specifications, define business processes, and handle vendor communication.
- Be the main point of contact for other IT applications dependent on or affecting the SAP HR system, including single sign-on, identity and access management, and downstream systems.
- Coordinate support and project activities for VW AG projects and applications involving SAP HR.
- Monitor SAP HR data and its relationship to SAP Payroll, administer IDOCs, and collaborate with ADP for payroll processing.
- Ensure communication and interaction between IT HR SAP group, other IT HR applications, and Payroll teams.
- Participate in the evaluation of the HR applications suite.
- Conduct applications testing following company policies.
- Contribute to the maintenance of training materials, including process flows and procedures.
- Be involved in all aspects of SAP HR application support.
- Coordinate data and file transfer issues with external and internal interfaces (Kronos, Benefits vendors, Vanguard, Concur, SuccessFactors, Taleo, etc.).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM functional consulting.

- Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and functional support.

- Ability to coordinate and interact with various IT and external teams for seamless system functionality.

Qualifications and Expertise:
- Experience with ECC 6.0:Proven experience and proficiency in SAP ECC 6.0.
- Deep Expertise and Configuration in SAP HCM PA and OM Modules:In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) and Organization Management (OM) modules.
- Understanding of 3rd Party Payroll Systems (e.g., ADP):Good comprehension of 3rd party Payroll systems, with specific experience in systems like ADP.
- Experience with Kronos System Interface:Previous exposure to the Kronos system interface, showcasing a solid understanding of pay rules.
- ServiceNow Proficiency:Experience with ServiceNow, including handling tickets, investigating and analyzing various operational and administrative problems, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Strong Data Analytics and Reporting Skills:Proficient in data analytics and reporting, demonstrating the ability to extract valuable insights from complex datasets.
- Ticket Handling:Proven experience in efficiently handling tickets in a service management system.
- Problem Investigation and Analysis:Capability to investigate and analyze a variety of operational and administrative problems, offering well-thought-out solutions.
