🌈 Join a Charity: Learn how to double employee engagement with CSR Impact

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is not just about addressing immediate needs; it's about fostering a more inclusive and equitable society. Introducing CSR into businesses can not only help provide housing, mental health services, legal support, and advocacy for those most in need, but it can improve employee experience. 

According to Gallup’s 2021 research, employees within companies that show positive corporate social responsibility are 2 times more likely to be engaged at work, and half as likely to be burned out.

This statistic underscores the positive benefits of support and resources for vulnerable communities as well as for organizational health.
