🌈 As we observe Black History Month in the UK, it's essential to recognize and celebrate the rich history, contributions, and achievements of Black individuals and communities. It's also a time to commit to fostering a more inclusive and equitable workplace where diversity is not only acknowledged but embraced.
According to The Guardian (2022), 71% of Black employees reported feeling overlooked for opportunities due to their identity. We have to do better to create supportive work environments for everyone.
In this edition of our newsletter, we will delve into the significance of intersectionality, share stories that highlight the diverse experiences of Black LGBTQ+ individuals, and provide resources to help us all become better allies.
