Join My Newsletter
Hello,
I started a newsletter for those who want to go a bit deeper into the intersection of The Leadership Circle , coaching, and teams.
I will continue my regular posts on LinkedIn, and will use the newsletter as a place to share more detailed reviews of LCPs, video content, and generally geek out a bit on all things leadership. I may even have a few guests join me for their hot takes.
To make sure you don't miss an issue, click the "Subscribe" button in the upper right corner. And please share this newsletter with anyone in your network who might find it valuable.
What is valuable to you?
To ensure this newsletter provides relevant and actionable content, I'd appreciate your comments and suggestions on topics to cover in the future.
I'm considering a deeper dive into Reactive strategies, “unlocking moves” for leaders, and common patterns and polarities leaders and teams can find themselves in. I’ll also curate some of the best posts and articles I stumble upon.
If there is a specific question or topic you'd like to see covered, please leave a comment or feel free to message me directly.
Thank you - and I'll see you again in the first edition next month.
I love this newsletter Paul, thank you for your great contribution to the "Mat-ters" community! I would LOVE to learn "games" I can play on the mat with teams, in presence or virtually. Sometimes I feel like I am running out of ideas and my mat feels neglected 😋

1yCritical vs Courageous Authenticity.... I find that often times when I have a leader who has a strength in Courageous Authenticity, they also have somewhat high scores in Critical.. not always, but more times than not. Would value your perspective on this and how you coach to it, especially for those leaders who take great pride in speaking their truth, not holding back, being bold and saying what others won't say, etc. I, personally, understand the difference. The nuance I'm seeking is for those that are really anchored to and take great pride in being the only person "in the room" that will say what others won't.
