Congratulations. You deserve it because of all of your hard work. Coaching is one of the four new trends in organization development says the research at Columbia University. But let’s make it clear coaching is not organizational development. Organizational development deals with coaching the whole organization as an organization but will let you sneak in to our Crafts people who focus on change and transformation and learning in the life of organizations and communities
