One of the most difficult conversation I had is leaving a place where you have built things from scratch, asked people to join the team on your credibility, worked hard day in//out to make it successful and inspire them everyday by saying it is a bright day. The obstacle here is whether the team will continue without you at the same place or they will also leave the organisation because you are leaving due to your own personal reasons. (I am yet to see this part). Hope to go through this journey.
