Key skills and competencies to have as a Scrum master & Agile coach

Focus and try to explain them on their work easiness through Agile process.

Take forward after knowing quickly about team's maturity in respect to Agile methodology understanding and it's implementation.

Conceptual and friendly explanation way while coaching team. By this way, your team will understand the concept of Agile / Scrum framework.

As a scrum master, better to have a down to the earth nature.

Good listener and shall carryout interactive sessions.

Shall be a good observer in respect to progress of team's maturity & improvement towards Agile principles and processes.

Being a true well wisher of team while coaching and managing them.

If require, take individual (one on one) interactive session rather than team coaching.

Remember there will be no overnight change you will bring in team in respect to transformation from waterfall to agile, but gradually.

Last but not least, to become a successful scrum master become a servant leader rather than boss, and be accountable with self responsible nature.
