Key Skills to Engage and Inspire the New Generation

Key Skills to Engage and Inspire the New Generation

I’ve heard it many times from top leaders: “I can’t handle this new generation! They’re inconsistent, moody, impatient, unmotivated, and not loyal…” The list of complaints goes on, and for many, they just want to give up.

But you know that you don’t have a choice :)

By 2025, Gen Z will make up 1/3 of the global workforce. If we don’t adapt, we’ll continue to face the same frustrations. Sticking to the same leadership styles we’ve relied on for years simply won’t work anymore.

So, the question is: What changes do we need to make?

That’s exactly what we’ll explore in our upcoming workshop:

🌟 EQ Leadership Training: Key Skills to Engage and Inspire the New Generation 🌟

In collaboration with CCI France Vietnam - CCIFV and The New Leaders , we presents this upcoming workshop where leaders will:

🔹 Discover new perspectives on generations: Go beyond statistics to understand the psychology, motivations, and aspirations of today’s workforce.

🔹 Experience modern leadership tools: Learn how to build a leadership culture that works today, using EQ-based communication techniques backed by science.

🔹 Learn from real case studies: Dive into actual management situations with Gen Z and apply more effective, practical solutions using EQ.

With years of experience helping businesses transform their leadership models, I’m thrilled to share insights that have successfully created multi-generational teams that are both cohesive and high-performing.

I will hold them accountable for their actions as they need to learn and grow. If they fail, it's on them. Every generation has its ups and downs, every generation was a new generation in their time. I think we have made a fuss out of this Gen Z thing and turned them into something special.

Ngan Tran Acknowledging the unique traits of Gen Z is a crucial first step in evolving leadership styles. As we address these changes, how can we also prepare for the integration of Gen ZAlpha (born 2006-2012) who will soon enter the workforce with their own distinct values and expectations? Adapting our approaches to meet their needs is essential for future success. For more insights and strategies on engaging Gen ZAlpha, consider following our GEN ZALPHA page.

True leaders lead by example, inspiring others through their actions. Whether it’s the new generation or the old, people naturally follow genuine leaders. If you've heard such words, they are likely from top managers, not true leaders.
