A warm welcome to H.E Leif Trana, Norway's Ambassador in Singapore!
With a background in economics and trade, it’s no surprise he’s in Singapore, a key hub for Norwegian businesses in Southeast Asia.
Leif is excited to bring people and businesses together. Even though Norway and Singapore are far apart, they share important values like open economies and fair trade. He sees many chances to build stronger ties between the two countries.
When it comes to local food, Leif’s go-to order at hawker stalls is always something new. He loves trying different dishes and has discovered plenty of great food this way. For a taste of home, he brought some Norwegian blueberry jam, which he says is “much better!”
We can’t wait to see the connections and opportunities Leif helps create during his time here in Singapore!
