Knight Frank appoints new office head in Exeter

Property consultancy Knight Frank has appointed Louise Glanville as head of the firm’s residential sales office in Exeter.

Louise’s career in residential property began in London, working as a sales negotiator in Belgravia and Canary Wharf. After successfully navigating the London market for 14 years, Louise returned to Devon where she was born and raised. Louise then spent three years working for a leading local agency in Exeter, before moving to Knight Frank in 2017 to lead the Exeter office’s city sales offering. As head of city sales, Louise has spent the past four years focusing on sales in Exeter city, east Devon, and the Exe estuary area.

In her new role as office head, Louise will continue to look after the city sales market, in addition to being responsible for building upon Knight Frank’s established brand, market share in the local area, and leading the team based in the Exeter office.

Mark Proctor, South West Regional Partner at Knight Frank commented, “I am delighted that Louise is stepping into the role of office head, as she has had a great impact on the Exeter team and her market over the past four years. She is a dynamic and proactive agent with an extensive knowledge of the local market. Louise ensures customer service is at the core of everything she does, and I have no doubt that with her leadership and dedication, the Exeter team will continue to add great value to all of its clients.”
