This might be a me thing, but ever feel like you need everything
in perfect alignment to make any fitness goal progress?
I struggled for years with this in and outside of fitness.
Fighting Perfectionism helped me overcome
one of my greatest progress roadblocks.
We don't need consistently perfect workouts to make progress,
the most important thing is that we keep showing up,
and keep making small improvements over time.
These two together guarantees measurable progress
towards one’s goals.
