Los Angeles Department of Water and Power's Sharon Grove to Facilitate Workshop on Negotiation Skills

At ADVANCE: The Power Conference for Women in Utilities, October 25-26, 2017 in Las Vegas, Sharon B. Grove, Assistant General Manager of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, will teach important negotiation skills. Noted as one of the biggest barriers for women in business, how to ask and the art of negotiation will be discussed in detail. Why women traditionally don't ask, how to recognize triggers, and how to overcome fears of negotiating.
