Lady Business owners

This is is a request to all ladies who are running their own business.  I was with a group of ladies on Friday evening socially however we were all business owners and we got into a discussion about what our biggest challenges had been. It made for a very interesting conversation as it seems we all had similar challenges.  This got me thinking... I'd really like to know what your 3 biggest challenges have been?
