Launching a second business: Warts and all
Dear friends,
I have some exciting news! The new business I co-founded, Valerie quietly launched this week, and we’re thrilled to see the sales rolling in. Our launch product is the Daily Essential, a liposomal shot and the first of it’s kind in the female health category. It’s designed to treat the most common symptoms of perimenopause such as hormone regulation, focus and concentration, brain fog, thyroid function, immunity defence and bone health. It’s been developed by an expert in women's hormone health and contains 11 evidence-based active nutrients in each daily dose.
It’s incredibly rewarding to watch this come to life, but what’s even more rewarding is hearing from our trial community. They’ve been using Valerie for a few weeks now, and the feedback has been nothing short of amazing.

Yet, there have also been challenges:
😳 Recognising the procrastination that creeps in—knowing it’s rooted in fear, I’ve been using tools like tapping/EFT to clear these blocks and move forward.
😬 Feeling frustrated with the small, nagging tasks that keep me from working in my zone of genius. But I know this won’t always be the case as the business grows.
🧡 Juggling the demands of running WIZZ&CO while building Valerie. I could tell myself it’s hard, or I can reprogram my mind to let it be easy.
After a transformational mastermind session with my coach recently, I was reminded how quickly I can make mindset shifts. These challenges will soon be behind me, and I’ll be ready for the next one—bring it on!
