Strengths - We start by assessing the strengths of your talent, through the Kolbe A Assessment, so that we are clear on how your people would show up if they were free to be themselves inside of your organization. Often, there are stresses and tension internal and external to your organization that impact the execution of strengths, so stabilizing your people around their strengths increases their confidence and competence and that increases their output and results. Statistics show that 92% of employees, for example, are stressed about money and it impact their performance.
Strategy - After strengths are clear, we move into a strategic approach to determining the goals and key objectives for the group or team. We employ the right strategy, tools and KPIs to create lasting impact. Our strategy takes each leader's strengths into consideration which is why results go through the roof. Take a Fortune 500 Financial Services client that we worked with for instance. We were brought in to work with a team of representatives who had consistently missed their KPIs. The team collectively was on a "Plan for Success". For our client, a Plan For Success is an attempt to correct performance and to get those who've lost their way back on track to avoid termination. Unfortunately, the approach that most take at this critical juncture seldom improves performance in the longterm. Sure, they may see some improvement for the next quarter but often they've just put a bandaid on a need for surgery. That's where we and our unique approach came in. Through our strengths assessment and strategy alignment, each of the 12 representatives not only increased their daily output but they began to own monthly incentives based on their increased results. Support - Once the strategy is in play and early signs indicate success, we start to look at the support that the team has in place to continue to grow and develop. For us, this could mean the additional learning aids, and coaching or it can mean shifting leaders on the team so that the energy and synergy is conducive to the overall goals and objectives of the department.
Systems - Through the refinement of the strategy and support plan, we can then create the right systems, standard operating procedures and operational efficiencies that will create the accountability required to sustain early successes.
Success Mindset - And through out the entire engagement, our approach includes an emphasis on success mindset which we define as leveraging neuroscience and mental resiliency in addition to radically dismantling limiting or self sabotaging beliefs that threaten performance.
