Leading Successful Change Amidst a Disruptive INGO Environment
After decades of growth and success addressing some of the world’s most pressing problems, many international NGOs (INGOs) are suddenly finding themselves faced with a number of extraordinary challenges. As a result, executives across the sector are examining what changes their organizations need to make to remain relevant, to have impact, and, in some cases, to even exist. Ironically, though many INGOs have become adept at delivering meaningful change (often at scale) to individuals, communities, and even broader societies, they often struggle to execute changes within their own organizations.
