Learn about Healthcare Leadership in the era of Digital Health

In today’s world, everywhere you see, you will find technology. From banks to shopping centers, and communication between people, everything is technology-based. The healthcare industry is no exception. Digital technology has transformed the health sector for the better. Healthcare professionals and patients have struggled with communication, health access, and other challenges for years.

Digital health has addressed all these issues and simplified the healthcare system. One thing is sure- digital transformation in healthcare has begun. Digital health technologies can simplify appointment scheduling for patients. They can efficiently monitor population health. Integrating digital tech in healthcare enables professionals to deliver high-quality care at affordable prices. The care services become accessible, and patients in remote areas can also access the services. Thus, digital health has better reach apart from several other benefits.

During the digital health transition, it is crucial for healthcare leaders to change strategies accordingly to promote the success and growth of their entire team. Health leaders need to be aware of the latest innovations, so they can apply them when the need arises.

The webinar series is starting from 21st July 2021. In the first episode, I will be hosting my friend and fellow Digital Health Influencer Lygeia Ricciardi. Lygeia is the CEO/Founder of AdaRose, and was also named one of the Most Influential Voices in Healthcare for 2021. 

In this episode, Lygeia will be sharing her experiences, key learnings, and personal insights into her vision. She will also narrate her journey as a healthcare leader, the struggles faced, and how she rose beyond them.

The goal is to learn from Lygeia how digital health has transformed the medical industry and how leaders need to adapt to these changes. Getting an idea of simple tips and tricks may go a long way in guiding your path towards a successful (re)design of your own organization.
