You are Tempting Fate Without Power of Attorney Documents
With Saint Patrick’s Day being a popular March holiday, the concepts of luck and fate are in our minds more than usual. Standard Summer Visitation Deadline
With spring break for many families next week and summer break in the not-so-distant future, now is the time to consider summer visitation schedules. Remember, a non-custodial parent is given 30 days of continuous, or extended, possession for the summer, and that parent usually has until April 1 to provide written notice to the custodial parent designating when they will exercise the 30 days.
