Let's begin with the basics!
Set the goal to hydrate early in the day in order to make sure we do not interrupt our sleep at night.
Next, maybe it is time to eliminate that convenient take-out food option this year. You can find fun and easy ways to follow along and cook at home with healthy recipes specifically for busy people. I like to always continue to enjoy a dinner out on occasion to support my local restaurants too.

For those who live by a strict diet, get creative and switch out ingredients. Replace them with ones you prefer (i.e. gluten free products; coconut or nut milk instead of dairy milk etc.).
Did your regular exercise routine seem to disappear over the past few years?
Like most of us getting outdoors to engage in healthy activities over the summer seems to be a lot easier than during the cold winter months. When the weather is cold, our stretching and cardo begin to suffer.
I don't need to tell you that a new workout routine might be difficult to initiate because you were dependent on getting to your local gym with machines, pools, tracks, etc.

I like to motivate others into thinking of it as personal time for themselves.
Design a simple back up plan that works from home which can focus on other aspects of your health, just in case you can't get over to the gym. How is your exercise program going this year?
