The Importance of an On Life Journal
For those who are striving to make a difference or live a life with purpose in a fresh, youthful, and engaged way, you will learn to enjoy the path that allows you to build a relationship with yourself. Of course, the integrity of improving our lives, with the objective to live it to its fullest, can lead to an optimal, joyful, and personal one.
Therefore, those interested in applying and achieving an authentic purpose might begin with reflections. This will help manifest affirmations which can encourage real change. I find these two components of the journaling process helps achieve a clearer pathway to the bigger vision of ourselves.
"Choose to impact others around you, with grace. Become part of the overall transformation of humanity."
As with any personal quest to achieve what inspires us and in the end offers great value to the whole, personal validation, and our innate desire for a confirmation of who we are is important. This is significant when understanding our capability, our personal power.
Our ability to do something is the assertion of our very existence – in this place, at this point in time. It truly defines who we are at our core.

The On LIFE process is unique to each one of us. I recognize how each step forward requires time, and translates into what I define as self-care. The incentive to become self-aware can encourage new perspectives and growth.

The transition from theory to practice requires an important step: identifying and clarifying what we would do in a certain circumstance. As you begin documenting your own personal plan of how you will manage a particular challenge, or uncover what you would do in a particular circumstance, you will be as ease when writing.
Begin your journal. Let it assist you in your pathway through life.
