Researchers' Days, we missed you!

The Researchers' Days, organized by the Luxembourg National Research Fund (FNR) have become a cornerstone event for research in Luxembourg, providing scientists with a unique opportunity to showcase their work to a wide audience. Attendees can engage in interactive experiences, conduct experiments, ask questions, and gain a tangible, personal insight into the world of research.

From November 28th to 30th, LIH had the pleasure of once again participating in the Researchers Days with three exciting interactive stands. It was a fantastic opportunity to engage with the public and share our passion for research.

Our first stand, What's Wrong with You, Cancer Cell? allowed visitors to explore the fascinating connection between DNA and cancer, offering an in-depth look at how genetic changes can lead to cancer development.

The second stand focused on Food Allergies and Intolerances, where we delved into the science behind allergic reactions and food sensitivities.

Finally, we had The Detectives of Epidemiology, where participants could step into the shoes of real epidemiology detectives, solving challenges related to disease patterns and public health investigations.

We want to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who came by to discover more about the important work we do. Your interest and enthusiasm were truly inspiring!💙

We look forward to meeting you all again next year and continuing the journey of research discovery together!
