Linkedin Company Page Metrics Are Amazing. How to Make Them Beautiful Too.
Have you ever checked out the stats Linkedin provides? They're pretty handy if you want help improving the results you get from your Company Page. No? I hadn't either, until the other day.
I'm happy to report they are amazing. Here's how to check them on Linkedin.
Unfortunately, like most services, Linkedin doesn't do a great job displaying the data in actionable ways.
At Databox, we just launched a deep integration with Linkedin Company Page stats. With our native connector, you can connect your Linkedin account in seconds and we'll instantly give you a dashboard like the one below. It's much more actionable than the default view Linkedin provides.
I just published an article about how to leverage Linkedin Company Pages to propel your marketing efforts which talks about how to leverage the data to get better and better results over time.
To monitor the success of our own Linkedin Company Page stats, I also created a custom dashboard in Databox to monitor demographics. You can see your high level demographics right on the Linkedin stats page. But, you can't drill down and track growth of specific demographics over time very well, like you can inside Databox. For example, here's a dashboard with Databox's stats where I'm plotting the number of marketers who follow us over time (bottom left block).
You can get dashboards like these in minutes by connecting your Linkedin Company Page inside a free Databox account.
PS. Follow Databox's Linkedin Company page. Not to sound too creepy, but i'll be watching. Monitoring, that is.
