In order to maintain the order of the Little Red Book platform and regulate the initiation of sweepstakes, Little Red Book has formulated this specification in accordance with the current laws and regulations and the Little Red Book Community Code, the Little Red Book Community Convention, and the Professional Number Community Operation Code.
Chapter I Basic Management Standards
Article 1 All sweepstakes initiators shall guarantee the authenticity of the activities, and the activities initiated shall be initiated in accordance with the relevant provisions in this specification:
(1) The activity initiator shall create a lucky draw activity on the platform of Professional after opening the lucky draw function on the platform of Professional;
(2) When creating a lucky draw activity, the activity initiator must fill in the information necessary for the relevant lucky draw activity according to the requirements of the page.
Article 2 Professional numbers with corporate identity (including individual identity) can create 3 lucky draws per month, and professional numbers with individual identity can create 1 lucky draw per month.
Article 3 When initiating a lucky draw activity, the activity initiator must accurately and clearly describe the rules of the activity, the prizes of the activity, the time of the lucky draw, and distribute the prizes to the winning users in one go after the lucky draw.
Article 4 The activity initiator shall ensure the safety of the personal information submitted by the winning users, and prohibit the release of activities that are malicious, in violation of national laws, jeopardise the interests of Xiaohongshu, or are not achievable.
Article 5 The activity promoter has the right to set the time limit for awarding the prize according to the needs of the activity, but the maximum time limit shall not exceed 30 days, and Little Red Book will remind the activity promoter to fill in the delivery courier number within 14 days after the opening of the activity.
Chapter II Definition of Non-compliant Activities
Article 6 Activity promoters who do not create sweepstakes on the Professional platform, do not fill in the necessary information for the sweepstakes as required, or change the rules of the activity after the sweepstakes has been released will be regarded as violating the rules of the activity.
Article 7 Requirements for Prizes
(1) Specify the company, product name, specification and quantity of the prize. The value of a single prize or a prize received by a winning user in a single lucky draw shall not be greater than RMB 50,000.
(2) Only physical prizes are supported. Prize activities that use cash or cash transfers as prizes are not supported and will be considered illegal.
(3) The quality of the prizes must comply with relevant national laws and regulations, and measures must be taken to ensure that the prizes are delivered to the winning users in good condition.
(4) Alcohol, medicines, lottery tickets and other products that do not comply with the advertising law shall not be used as prizes.
(5) If the campaign prize is a medical device, the campaign promoter must ensure that:
a) The prize has been registered or filed as a medical device;
b) Users must be prominently prompted in the lucky draw notes to ‘please read the product manual carefully or purchase and use under the guidance of medical personnel’ and ‘see the manual for details of contraindications or precautions’;
c) Lucky draw notes involving the name of the medical device, scope of application, mechanism of action or structure and composition of the content, shall not exceed the scope of the certificate of registration or filing certificate, registration or filing of the product specification.
(6) If the prize of the activity is health food, the activity promoter must ensure that:
a) The prize has been registered or filed for health food;
b) Users must be prominently reminded in the lucky draw notes that ‘health food is not a medicine and cannot replace medication in the treatment of disease’;
c) The logo of health food, suitable and unsuitable groups of people must be prominently displayed in the lucky draw notes;
d) It must not involve disease prevention or treatment functions;
e) Lucky draw notes involving healthcare functions, product efficacy ingredients or signature ingredients and content, suitable population or serving size shall not exceed the scope of the registration certificate or filing certificate, registered or filed product specification.
Article 8 If the activity initiator fails to use the Professional Number platform to complete the lucky draw and make it public within the stipulated time, or if the content of the prizes and the conditions of the lucky draw in the public information are inconsistent with the relevant content in the page of the creation of the lucky draw, it will be regarded as a violation of the law on the lucky draw.
Article 9 Activity promoters shall publicise their rules for lucky draws and strictly implement the published rules for lucky draws, and are prohibited from arbitrarily modifying the rules or adding additional conditions. It is prohibited to modify the rules or add additional conditions arbitrarily. It is prohibited to include the expression ‘the right of interpretation, the highest right of interpretation, and the final right of interpretation’ in the rules of the lucky draw and the body of the lucky draw notes of the activity promoter.
Article 10 The promoter shall not charge the winning users for any reason (e.g. postage, tax, discount usage fee). The description of prize evaluation and collection in the campaign rules shall not contain ambiguous or misleading words. Any ambiguity in the description of prize evaluation and collection and any unauthorised charging of fees to the winner will be regarded as a violation of the additional conditions for prize collection.
Article 11 If the activity promoter fails to upload the shipping information within 30 days after the prize draw, it will be regarded as a shipping violation and the activity promoter will be punished by disabling the lottery function for 30 days.
Article 12 The prizes issued by the activity shall be the same as the prizes described when the activity is published, and the prizes shall not be replaced privately.
Article 13 The activity promoter shall not disclose any user's private information, and any unauthorised disclosure of the user's private information (including but not limited to phone number, address, name, etc.) or provision of such information to a third party will be regarded as a violation of the law to disclose the user's privacy.
Article 14 Activity promoters shall not use false lottery pictures to induce users to fill in, such as pictures showing ‘fill in the lottery’ to induce users to fill in personal information.
Article 15 Activity promoters shall not publish activities with the content of attracting and promoting to third-party platforms; shall not publish activities that may damage the interests of other parties, or activities with the purpose of personal and reputational attacks; shall not publish activities that endanger national security or violate national laws; shall not publish activities that endanger the safety of users‘ property, involve users’ fraud, and may cause users' economic interests to be lost; shall not publish activities that endanger the interests of Xiaohongshu; shall not publish activities with banter; and shall not publish activities that endanger the interests of Xiaohongshu. activities; shall not publish activities with banter, malignant, targeted non-goodwill activities; shall not publish activities with the purpose of abnormal competition. Publishing the above (including but not limited to) non-goodwill and improper activities shall be regarded as publishing malicious activities.
Article 16 Users participating in the activities shall comply with the ‘Little Red Book Community Code’ and ‘Little Red Book Community Convention’.
Article 17 Each user (including, but not limited to, the same Little Red Book account, mobile device, IP address, shipping address, etc.) can only participate and win once in each lucky draw, otherwise it is considered invalid. If the winning user is verified by Little Red Book to be a cheating user, with any of the behaviours or circumstances including but not limited to the following, Little Red Book reserves the right to disqualify the user from winning and redraw the non-cheating winners. (If necessary, Little Red Book will pursue the user's legal responsibility):
(1) Users logging into multiple Little Red Book accounts on one device to participate in the Sweepstakes;
(2) Any use of machines to simulate fast account switching, simulated interactions, and bulk registrations;
(3) False transactions or malicious spoiling of activities;
(4) Any use of the Sweepstakes to commit money laundering, cash out, fraud or other offences;
(5) Ever having behaviours that violate the principle of honesty and credit.
Article 18 If the user participates in the activity, there is cheating, false and other non-compliance with the ‘Xiaohongshu Community Code’, ‘Xiaohongshu Community Convention’, Xiaohongshu platform will have the right to reject its qualification for the prize.
Article 19 Users participating in the activity should pay attention to the lucky draw results on the lucky draw page in a timely manner, and at the same time, Xiaohongshu will also notify the winning user through the APP private message push.
Article 20 If the user participates in the activity too often, it will lead to invalid participation.
Article 21 After the opening of the prize, the winning user must complete the prize claim and fill in a valid shipping address within 7 natural days, otherwise the user is deemed to have automatically given up the opportunity to win and prizes.
Chapter III Handling of non-compliant activities
Article 22 If the initiator of the activity launches an illegal activity, and if the illegal activity is bad and the consequences are serious, it will take such penalties as blocking the lucky draw function of the account and blocking the notes of the lucky draw activity; and if the circumstances are serious, it will take such penalties as public announcement on the platform, permanent blocking of the lucky draw function, cancellation of the identity of the professional number, and blocking of the number.
Article 23 The retroactive period for dealing with activity disputes is 90 days from the end of the activity, and activity disputes exceeding 90 days will not be accepted by Little Red Book.
Chapter IV Supplementary Provisions
Article 24 Little Red Book will regularly update the ‘Code for the Management of Sweepstakes’ according to the operational needs or the requirements of laws and regulations, subject to the latest announcement on the front desk.
Article 25 The tax involved in the distribution of prizes shall be withheld and paid by the promoter of the activity in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and Little Red Book will not collect and pay the relevant fees.

为维护小红书平台秩序,规范抽奖活动发起行为,小红书根据现行法律法规及《小红书社区规范》、《小红书社区公约》、《专业号社区运营规范》等制定本规范。
第一章 基本管理规范
第一条 所有抽奖活动发起者须保证活动的真实性,所发起的活动须按照本规范中相关条款发起:
(1) 活动发起者需在专业号平台开通抽奖功能后在专业号平台创建抽奖活动;
(2) 活动发起者在创建抽奖活动时,必须根据页面要求填写相关抽奖活动必需的信息。
第二条 企业身份(含个体身份)专业号每月可创建3次抽奖活动,个人身份专业号每月可创建1次抽奖活动。
第三条 活动发起者发起活动时,必须准确、清楚描述活动规则、活动奖品、开奖时间,并且在开奖后一次性将奖品发放给中奖用户。
第四条 活动发起者应当保证获奖用户提交的相关个人信息的安全,禁止发布恶意、违反国家法律、危害小红书利益、不可达成的活动。
第五条 活动发起者有权根据活动需要设定活动发奖期限,但最高不能超过30天,小红书会在活动开奖后的14天内提醒活动发起者填写发货快递单号。
第二章 违规活动界定
第六条 活动发起者未在专业号平台创建抽奖活动,未按要求填写抽奖活动必需的信息,或在抽奖活动发布后,修改活动规则将被视作违规修改活动规则。
第七条 活动奖品要求
(1) 明确奖品的企业、产品名称、规格、数量。 单个奖品或某一中奖用户在单次抽奖活动中得到的奖品价值不得大于人民币50000元。
(2) 仅支持实物奖品,不支持以现金或现金转账作为奖品的有奖活动, 该类活动将视为违规活动。
(3) 保证奖品质量必须符合国家相关法律法规的规定,并采取措施保障奖品完好地交付给获奖用户。
(4) 酒类、药品、彩票等不符合广告法推广的商品不得作为奖品出现。
(5) 如活动奖品为医疗器械的,活动发起者必须确保:
a) 奖品已通过医疗器械注册或备案;
b) 必须在抽奖笔记中显著提示用户“请仔细阅读产品说明书或者在医务人员的指导下购买和使用”及“禁忌内容或者注意事项详见说明书”;
c) 抽奖笔记如涉及医疗器械名称、适用范围、作用机理或者结构及组成等内容的,不得超出注册证书或者备案凭证、注册或者备案的产品说明书范围。
(6) 如活动奖品为保健食品的,活动发起者必须确保:
a) 奖品已通过保健食品注册或备案;
b) 必须在抽奖笔记中显著提示用户“保健食品不是药物,不能代替药物治疗疾病”;
c) 必须在抽奖笔记中显著标明保健食品标志、适宜人群和不适宜人群;
d) 不得涉及疾病预防、治疗功能;
e) 抽奖笔记如涉及保健功能、产品功效成分或者标志性成分及含量、适宜人群或者食用量等内容的,不得超出注册证书或者备案凭证、注册或者备案的产品说明书范围。
第八条 活动发起者未在规定时间内使用专业号平台完成抽奖并公示,或公示信息中奖品内容、抽奖条件与创建抽奖活动页面中相关内容不一致,均被视作违规抽奖。
第九条 活动发起者须公示其抽奖活动规则,并严格执行公示的抽奖活动规则,禁止随意修改活动规则、增加附加条件。活动发起者的抽奖活动规则及抽奖笔记正文禁止包含“解释权、最高解释权、最终解释权”的表述。
第十条 活动发起者不得以任何理由收取获奖用户费用(如邮费、税费、优惠使用费)。在活动规则中关于奖品评定和领取相关的描述,禁止带有歧义,误导类文字。对于奖品评定和领取描述不清和擅自收取领奖人费用的行为将被视作违规附加领奖条件。
第十一条 活动发起者在开奖后30天内未上传发货信息的,将被视作发货违规,将对该活动发起者进行禁用抽奖功能30天的处罚。
第十二条 活动所发放的奖品须与活动发布时描述的奖品一致,不得私自替换奖品。
第十三条 活动发起者不得泄露任何用户个人隐私信息,擅自将用户个人隐私信息(包括但不限于电话、住址、姓名等) 公布,或提供给第三方都将被视作违规泄露用户隐私。
第十四条 活动发起者不得利用虚假抽奖图片诱导用户填写,如图片中展示“填写抽奖”诱导用户填写个人信息。
第十五条 活动发起者不得发布带有向第三方平台的引流推广内容的活动;不得发布可能损伤他方利益的、或带有人身及名誉攻击目的的活动;不得发布危害国家安全,违反国家法律的活动;不得发布危害用户财产安全,涉及用户欺诈,可能造成用户经济利益损失的活动;不得发布危害小红书利益的活动;不得发布带有戏谑、恶性的、具有针对性的非善意活动;不得发布带有不正常竞争目的的活动。发布上述(包括但不限于)提到的非善意的不当活动当被视作发布恶性活动。
第十六条 参与活动的用户需遵守《小红书社区规范》、《小红书社区公约》。
第十七条 每次抽奖活动中,每个用户(包括但不限于同一小红书账户、手机设备、IP地址、收货地址等)只能参与和中奖一次,否则视为无效。若中奖用户经小红书核实为作弊用户,出现包含但不仅限于下列任何一种行为或情况,则小红书有权取消用户的中奖资格并重新抽取非作弊中奖者。(必要时,小红书将追究用户的法律责任):
(1) 用户一个设备上登录多个小红书账号参与抽奖活动;
(2) 任何使用机器模拟快速切换账号、模拟互动、批量注册的行为;
(3) 虚假交易或恶意破坏活动;
(4) 利用抽奖活动进行洗钱、套现、诈骗等违法犯罪的行为;
(5) 曾经存在违背诚实信用原则的行为。
第十八条 若用户参与活动,存在作弊、虚假等不符合《小红书社区规范》、《小红书社区公约》的,小红书平台将有权驳回其中奖资格。
第十九条 参与活动的用户应及时关注抽奖页面的抽奖结果,同时小红书也将通过APP私信推送的方式通知中奖用户。
第二十条 如用户参与活动过于频繁的,会导致产生用户无效参与活动。
第二十一条 开奖后,中奖用户须在7个自然日内完成领奖并填写有效收货地址,否则视为用户自动放弃中奖机会及奖品。
第三章 违规活动的处理
第二十二条 活动发起者发起违规活动的,违规活动情节恶劣、后果严重的,将采取对帐号抽奖功能进行封禁、对抽奖活动笔记进行屏蔽等处罚;情节严重者将采取平台公示、抽奖功能永久封禁、取消专业号身份、封号等处罚。
第二十三条 活动纠纷处理追溯期为自活动结束后90天内,超过90天的活动纠纷小红书将不予受理。
第四章 附则
第二十四条 小红书将根据运营需要或依据法律法规的要求定期更新《抽奖活动管理规范》,以最新前台公示为准。
第二十五条 活动奖品发放涉及的税金需由活动发起者根据相关法律法规进行代扣代缴,小红书不收取及支付相关费用。
