A Living, Breathing Advertisement
You know, of course, the old saying: "people buy from people". Well, are you the sort of person people want to buy from?
How do you make people feel? Do you, for example, make people happy the moment you walk into a room?
Of course you do but, you know, there are a lot of people who can drain the atmosphere of the most jubilant gathering. Not naming names (it's against my religion), but I'm sure you know the sort of people I'm talking about.
But I've got the answer. Since I've been studying the real business of business - the stuff they didn't teach me at University - I've become a much happier, joyful person to be around.
A living, breathing advertisement, in fact.
You see, you can have the best products, the best salesforce, the best location and everything else going for you, but if you're as inspiring as a grey wall, you're going to have a Herculean battle trying to convince people of that.
Why do you think Zig Ziglar made out so well?
Of course, with the best will in the world, it's unlikely I'm going to be able to talk nineteen to the dozen like he did by tomorrow without people looking at me as if I've got six heads and three legs, but my other interesting qualities combined with my enthusiasm, positiveness of purpose and optimism, by which I am rarely wrong because I attract the good things which I think are going to happen, means that I can service my clients to their utmost expectation and beyond.
You know, I saw just recently someone saying "thank god it's nearly Friday" and I was thinking "woah, my friend - if that's your attitude, you're in the wrong game."
But how do you gain these qualities and attract the things you want by enjoyable means? Email me at andrew@busineversity.com and I'll tell you. Life only hurts if you want it to, and you want it to only if you don't want it to do otherwise...
