Living with Stress
Unlike our younger years, stress is an inevitable part of life as we grow. It's akin to a constant companion. Rather than avoiding stress entirely, we must learn to manage and coexist with it.
Our life experiences and challenges shape our relationship with stress. The more obstacles we overcome, the more resilient we become in managing stress.
Reflecting on our Grade-11 days, we might have perceived our studies as incredibly demanding. However, as we've matured, we've realized that the workload was relatively manageable. While the stress hasn't completely disappeared, we've become accustomed to it, developing a more resilient mindset.
In gaming, we encounter progressively challenging bosses. However, revisiting previously defeated opponents becomes easier due to our accumulated experience, skills, and knowledge, not because the bosses have been weakened.
To coexist with stress, we must continuously develop our skills, knowledge, and experience. By growing and maturing, we can gradually shift our perspective, perceiving stress as less daunting and more manageable. Through adaptation and resilience, we can learn to navigate stress effectively.
