The LO Down - April 12th - High Five Friday, Podcast of the Week, SOLO Tip, and a Dad Joke
#HighFiveFriday #BAM
Well this was an interesting week, solar eclipse, Inflation reports, more back and forth on some other hot topics in the industry and from the tone of many of my mortgage friends, I can see this has been a challenging week for rates. Hopefully these five posts will give you some helpful insights, lift your spirits and connect you to others in the biz that you can follow for more content in the future.
First up, Bradley Chatel shares some helpful insights on the topic of "would you lock or float." Check this one out if you feel conflicted on the subject.
Next, Jackie LaLonde shares a message to the college kids out there about house hacking and the benefits it could create for them. If nothing else, this is a great reminder that it's never too early to start having your money make money for you.
Up third is Jeffrey Rose with a great mindset post that set me on the right path with something new that I was getting started on. Great reminder that you typically won't be great when you start so embrace that and the journey that comes along with it. The joy is in the process.
Coming up fourth, Shawn Broussard shares a post about the joy of hard work and the payoff that you receive at the end of completing what may seem to be an impossible task. Keep your heads down out there.
And finally, Michael Stowers shares a high energy post about the positive impact a proactive and informed Loan Originator can make for their clients. Love the fist pumps!
