A lot of people ask me how I became a part of the amazing team at Neoito.

There are many founders I admire for their passion, ethics and because they are just frickin ninjas. 

And all too often the real ninjas are all too quiet. They do amazing things but never want to share the limelight. I’m talking about none other than Dan Baird 

I’ve known Dan for over 10 years now, and we’ve worked (and are working) together on multiple projects and building communities…. 

A few years ago, while building his current startup, Wrench.AI, Dan struggled with offshore and local devs even though he’s been in the biz for years. 

That’s when he met Faiz and his team from Neoito. Not only did they get the ball rolling quickly, they even invested extra time and resources into Dan’s ideas and application and helped build a spectacular product.

I only met Faiz last year. His approach and his team are totally different from most anything I have encountered. And with that endorsement from Dan, I had no doubt in my mind, these guys mean business. And with that, I joined the team as the President of Neoito Inc.

With what I’ve been doing with Accelerant over the last few years, the backing of a tech powerhouse like Neoito, seemed the obvious next step.
