Mind and Body Interactions (MBI) are more powerful than you think

Just imagine you turn on the news and you hear the scientists present that most people spend 70% of their life living under stress, and then you also hear that 70 % seem to anticipate the worst-case scenario based on negative experiences made in their first seven years of life.

Now your conscious mind switches on and you say well hang on a second, that´s not possible, 70%, that´s way too high of a count, well, then let's take a small hike through what´s going on behind it…

Living a stressful life seems a common habit

Believe it or not, some of us just feel stressed by thinking of how they will manage their morning routine, how to get to work with hours of traffic jams, stressful meetings and then back home where nothing but private stress keeps on firing.

That´s an easy count, and 70% is indeed a very realistic figure. Just digest it for a while….

Stressful events caused by either a Theta phase derived negative habit from our first seven years in life or from our conscious mind activities both can have toxic effects as they activate our sympathetic nervous system (SNS).

Furthermore, stress causes physical symptoms because the human body responds physiologically to emotional stress. People under stress anticipate the worst-case scenario because they are beginning to emotionally embrace it with fear or panic and this activates the SNS.

The SNS is key to the control of your stress level

Once that SNS gets activated, there is an increased production of a molecule called nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kB). This molecule is responsible for controlling how our genes are expressed. NF-kB turns on genes that make and release proteins called cytokines. That´s where the beast sits. Those cytokines are known to cause inflammation and contribute to illness and disease.

So, here is where the good news is coming in...

“Mind-Body Interactions” are proven to help reduce stress levels and according to research work carried out on multiple scientific studies in the last 20 years, results have shown that people who engage in positive “Mind-body Interventions” (MBIs) like yoga and meditation, show a decrease in the manufacture of both Nf-kB and inflammatory cytokines.

The studies show that people who practice MBIs exhibit the opposite effect as they decrease the production of NF-kB and cytokines, leading to a reversal of the pro-inflammatory gene expression pattern and a reduction in the risk of inflammation-related diseases and conditions.

According to Science Daily, “these activities are leaving what we call a molecular signature in our cells, which reverses the effect that stress or anxiety would have on the body by changing how our genes are expressed.

You can also imagine it that way, that MBIs cause the brain to steer our DNA processes into a more positive direction of our wellbeing.”

Now, in addition to this, quantum physics has brought a completely new toolbox onto the scene offering possibilities that feature fast and sustainable relieve of stress, fears, negative beliefs or negative emotions.
