Maison Lanson is firmly anchored in Gastronomy through collaborations with Chefs, Food & Wine events and Wine Dinners Experiences with its wines for an inspiring dinning experience. Today, we are proud to announce our collaboration with 2-Michelin Starred Chef Philippe Mille . Talented and widely admired Chef, Philippe Mille is already an Ambassador of Excellence and Gastronomy in Japan, he now also represents Champagnes Lanson and prestige cuvées Noble Champagne.

After a trip to Japan, which he describes as a "revelation", Philippe Mille became fascinated by the beauty and culture of this country. In 2017, this passion led him to open a restaurant at the heart of Tokyo : ‘’Philippe Mille Tokyo Restaurant’’.

His career, made up of varied experiences and enriched by encounters, has enabled him to develop precision and rigour and to shape his own culinary identity, where the raw product is sublimated without ever being denatured. This vision shared with Hervé Dantan , Lanson Cellar Master is now illustrated by a strong collaboration which has been built through sharing moments between the two Chefs.

"Maison Lanson conveys values that are dear to me: openness and kindness. The quality of its wines inspires me a lot and offers a very interesting palette of tastes in cooking." Philippe Mille

Philippe Mille and Hervé Dantan are two Champagne lovers who work every day to showcase its exceptional terroir and the wines coming from there.

Philippe Mille offers a traditional cuisine to which he constantly seeks to bring an innovative vision, while committing himself to respecting the raw materials to express the purity and nobility of the food.

A shared quest by Hervé Dantan with Noble Champagne, seeking to reveal the beauty of a noble terroir through two exceptional cuvées: the Grands Crus of Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs and the Grands Crus of Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims.

Philippe Mille and Hervé Dantan , have combined their expertise to create the perfect pairings for Noble Champagne Brut Vintage 2004 and Noble Champagne Blanc de Blancs Vintage 2004, reflecting French Excellence.

These pairings will be served in the Philippe Mille Tokyo Restaurant, for an unforgettable and exceptional dish offering a true taste experience.

"Noble Champagne combines remarkable structure with elegant finesse, making it an ideal match for high-ranking food and wine pairings. " Philippe Mille
